The breakfast was excellent, enjoyed public parking. When we came, the host met us and was lovely. For lunch or dinner go to Vip Very Italian Pizza, located minutes from the hotel. Think that Grand Pier is beyond compare.

The breakfast choices were EXCELLENT! A lovely place for exploring Brighton. Really enjoyed that the hotel was close to the train station, 25 minutes' walk. We were able to park nearby.
